Important Maintenance Information

Repairs or damage resulting from negligence or misuse are the tenant’s responsibility. In these cases, repairs will still be completed, but tenants will be billed for labor and materials. Any plumbing blockages or damage caused by improper use will also be charged to the tenant.

Key Release Authorization

If you choose not to authorize key release to a vendor, you must be available in person to provide access to the property for scheduled repairs or inspections.
